Norris Family Grocers Delivery Information

Deliveries are available in the following areas
Niton, Whitwell, Chale & St Lawrence

We only deliver Thursday & Friday, to selected villages on allocated days.

NITON & WHITWELL DELIVERIES

Deliveries will be Thursday & Friday
Order by 11am, at least one day before your required delivery.

CHALE

Deliveries will be Friday
Order by 11am Sunday

ST LAWRENCE

Deliveries to St Lawrence will be Thursday
Order by 11am Wednesday

SAME WEEK DELIVERY CUT-OFF DAY

All orders are welcomed to be sent in earlier than the above days and times. Any orders that are received after 11am Thursday may have to roll over to the following week.

We deliver your shopping in crates which we cannot leave, if you are able to have a box or tub ready that we unpack itno, that would be really helpful.

MINIMUM SPEND

Minimum of £25 (ideally, but don’t panic, we will still deliver if we can) worth of GROCERIES before any alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc is added on.

We will substitute all out of stocks with the closest available item, please state NO SUBS in the form below if you do not wish to receive an alternative.

PICKING & DELIVERY CHARGES

There will be a £3 picking charge for all deliveries

Niton, Whitwell £3 Delivery charge (total picking & delivery £6)

Chale & St Lawrence, £4 Delivery charge (total picking & delivery £7)

PAYMENTS

We will call for payment before goods leave the store, via debit, credit card over the phone

We will confirm back to you if we have a problem, this may not be straight away, but if you have received an auto-reply after you submitted this order, then we have got it. You may need to save us as a contact or check your spam/junk folder for the reply.

Collection times are between 09:00 & 19:00 7 days a week as longs as the following criteria is met:
Please note for same day collection, orders must be placed before 12:00 midday weekdays.
Orders placed after this time will be made available for the following weekday.
Orders for weekend collections MUST be made before 12:00 midday on Friday.
Any orders after this time will not be processed until the following Monday.

We will substitute all products where we are out of stock. You may put 'NS' (No Subs) next to any specific product in your list that you do not require a substitute for.
